**Job Title: Front Desk Security (Part-Time)**
**Location: Eastbrook Healthcare Center
**Compensation: $15 per hour**

Shifts-4p-12a/12a-8a (Weekends as needed)

Eastbrook is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for all our employees and visitors. We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional individual to join our team as a Front Desk Security personnel on a part-time basis.

**Job Summary:**
The Front Desk Security personnel will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment at our facility. This role involves monitoring the front desk area, managing access control, and providing excellent customer service to all visitors and staff.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Monitor the front entrance and lobby area to ensure safety and security protocols are followed.
- Greet and check-in visitors, ensuring they sign in according to security policies.
- Issue visitor passes and provide directions and assistance as needed.
- Maintain an awareness of surroundings and report any suspicious activities immediately.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises according to established schedules.
- Respond to emergencies and alarms, coordinating with local law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
- Assist with the enforcement of company policies regarding security and safety.
- Document incidents and prepare reports as required.
- Collaborate with team members to improve security measures and enhance overall safety.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous security experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make decisions quickly in emergency situations.
- Proficient in the use of computers and basic office software.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid security license or certification preferred (if applicable in your state/country).

**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods.
- Must be able to traverse the property during patrols, which may include stairs and varied terrain.
- Ability to respond to emergencies and assist in evacuating individuals if necessary.
