Job Duties:

• Lead detailed planning workshops, including with engineering, systems analysts, etc., to scope the project and create a detailed project plan to baseline the project before starting execution.
• Manage scope creep and conduct thorough reviews to de-scope or re-scope any additional scope that surfaces during project execution.
• Oversee potential risks, maintain a risk register, and build a mitigation plan to avoid delays in delivering the project on time.
• Resolve conflicts between teams (Engineering, System Analysts, and Architects) by establishing a RACI matrix to prevent team conflicts and assigning responsibilities for specific deliverables.
• Hold daily sessions with the team to track project development and conduct regular status checks.
• Responsible for creating a detailed project report for management, capturing risks and key accomplishments on a weekly basis.
• Work with contract change management to facilitate documentation for adding scope surfaced during the project.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders during project execution, including clients, vendors, and cross-functional internal teams, ensuring consistent communication.
• Engage in and lead end-to-end implementation, transformation, and transition of ERP software to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
• Manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) of the project and track the project budget to ensure it remains on budget.
• Support large-scale SAP programs in PMO, Testing, and Cutover roles, driving cross-functional coordination and facilitation across global teams.
• Actively participate in functional discussions by applying a strong foundational understanding of ERP systems (SAP), and ensure timely follow-ups on key actions and deliverables.
• Track and report project progress using tools like Excel, ServiceNow, JIRA, and Power BI, helping leadership stay informed and enabling data-driven decision-making.
• Create project-specific KPIs aligned with technical goals and maintain clear, detailed reports using advanced Excel functions.

Education: The minimum qualification required for performing the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
