Position Overview:
We’re hiring energetic, physically capable Window Cleaning Technicians to join our North Atlanta team. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you'll stay active outdoors, serve customers directly, and take pride in your work. No experience? No problem — we provide paid training.

With uncapped growth potential, weekly bonuses, and the daily use of a company vehicle, we’re looking for motivated individuals ready to grow quickly with a company that’s scaling fast.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning for residential and commercial properties.
• Use company-provided vehicles to travel between jobs daily.
• Safely operate ladders and equipment up to 3 stories high.
• Deliver exceptional service and communicate professionally with customers.
• Maintain a fast, efficient work pace without sacrificing quality.
• Follow safety protocols and represent the Window Cowboy brand with pride.
