Job Description

Jon Ossoff for Senate is hiring a Video Producer/Editor to help us make smart, sharp, scroll-stopping video content. We’re looking for a creative thinker who moves fast, thinks visually, and knows how to turn big ideas and news moments into videos people will watch and talk about. 

This position requires relocation to the Atlanta, GA area and a hybrid work schedule of at least three days a week in the office. 

The Role

• Edit video content for our social media channels and digital ads — short-form, long-form, and everything in between.
• Research and pitch concepts and execute them from idea to final cut.
• Move fast to capture and cut rapid response videos that meet the moment.
• Work closely with the social, creative, and communications teams to align messaging and visual storytelling.
• Help build and maintain a clear, consistent visual identity for the campaign’s video content.
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience producing and editing video content for campaigns, brands, newsrooms, political orgs, or digital media outlets.
• Editorial experience — especially in a newsroom, political, or high-volume creative environment — is strongly preferred.
• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro; familiarity with After Effects, motion graphics, or other content tools is a plus.
• Sharp eye for pacing, tone, and storytelling across different platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
• Ability to work quickly and juggle multiple projects on tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
