Position: Validation Business Systems Analyst

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 Annual Salary

Role Overview:
As a Validation Business Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in technology consulting projects, assisting clients in implementing business strategies through comprehensive solutions involving people, process, and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders to define and gather requirements for validation processes.
• Conduct risk assessments, categorizing systems as critical or non-critical for targeted validation.
• Develop and manage essential validation documents (e.g., Validation Plans, URS, Traceability Matrix, Validation Summary Reports).
• Design and execute validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ), ensuring adherence to industry standards.
• Facilitate change control processes, maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Offer validation expertise to project teams, promoting best practices.
• Analyze complex business problems, managing business requirements effectively.
• Design technical system deliverables, collaborating with IT and business stakeholders.
• Oversee document review and approval workflows within a global management system.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis and/or software validation.
• Familiarity with GxP regulations and FDA guidelines preferred.
• Proficiency in validation protocol design and execution.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is advantageous.
