Talon/LPE is hiring Roustabout Laborers who thrive in physically demanding outdoor environments and want to make a meaningful impact through hands-on work. Our ideal team member is someone who takes pride in doing the job right and brings a strong work ethic and a safety-first mindset to the table.
Shovel, rake, and assist in site cleanup, remediation, and underground line spotting.
Operate pressure washers, pumps, valves, and ladders with care and precision.
Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment for daily jobsite operations.
Support equipment operators and spot heavy equipment during excavation and other tasks.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all site supervisor directions and Talon/LPE safety protocols.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
0–2 years of experience in construction, oilfield, or environmental work.
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record per company and insurance requirements.
Physically able to lift 50+ lbs., bend, stoop, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all weather.
Mechanically inclined and able to safely use equipment such as pressure washers, ladders, and pumps.
Out-of-town travel is required 5 days a week and will include extended hours as needed.
Ability to wear and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening.
Willing to obtain HAZWOPER 40 and other required certifications (company supported).
Able to professionally communicate with clients and follow all QA/QC procedures.
Outdoor work year-round in varying weather conditions.
Travel required based on project locations.
Availability for long hours, including early mornings and late evenings.
