Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our target audience, and drive traffic and conversions. This role requires a deep understanding of various social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and a passion for staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with our overall marketing objectives. Identify target audience segments and create tailored content to engage with them effectively.
Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages. Engage with our audience in a timely and authentic manner, fostering positive relationships and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns across different platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, audience targeting, and budget management.
Analytics and Reporting: Track key metrics and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others. Provide regular reports and insights to management, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
