Our dockside restaurant and private club offer innovative meals and cocktails, all cooked fresh in an outdoor open-air kitchen, where the kitchen staff work while enjoying views of the waterfront. While most of the restaurant is outdoors, part of the restaurant is indoors, creating an amazing fine dining experience. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A RESTAURANT BARTENDER
As a Restaurant Bartender, you're an essential part of the team! Sometimes customers drop by just for a drink, but with your amazing skills, you take their experience to the next level. You're a stickler for detail and make a note of every preference so you can recommend the perfect drink. Not only that, but you're amazing at upselling - you make it look easy!
As part of your role, you help out with menu development. We're always looking for creative new drinks to add to the list and you have some fantastic ideas. You also keep the bar spick and span. Most of all, you love what you do. You're outgoing and sociable, and you take pride in creating an unforgettable experience for our customers!
