POSITION SUMMARY:

We are a small property management company based in Colorado Springs that specializes in Airbnb management looking to hire two entry-level part-time landscapers for our Teller County Team.

As a Seasonal Landscaper at Five Star Bnb, Inc, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the outdoor spaces of our properties, ensuring they are visually appealing and well-maintained for our guests. Operating under a Monday through Friday schedule, you'll be traveling between locations during June and July within Teller County. The position is seasonal with the possibility of long-term employment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lawn mowing
• Raking up leaves and sticks
• Trimming shrubs and trees
• Weeding where appropriate

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Smart Phone
• Yard working supplies such as lawn mower, weed wacker, rake, etc.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to create visually appealing landscapes
• Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to overcome challenges

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Rate: $35.00

Schedule:

• Flexible but between 9am and 7pm daily
