A Receptionist is needed to work a part-time, short-term position. You will work second shift from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Job Duties:

Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the phone and answer or refer inquiries
Review drop off information with clients and fill out accurate questionnaires
Add or update client information and book or modify appointments in Outlook
Listen to client concerns and pass information on to appropriate internal staff
Process payments
Maintain a safe and clean reception area and assist with general office duties

Job Requirements:

Must have a High School Diploma or GED
Previous reception or customer service experience is preferred
Must be computer literate with accurate data entry skills; Microsoft Office experience is preferred
Must have strong math skills
Must be able to pay strict attention to detail
Must be friendly, personable, honest, and consistent
Must have the ability to maintain a professional and friendly attitude
Consistent attendance is required
