About the Opportunity:

Responsibilities:

• Lead and empower a diverse sales team of up to six professionals to achieve sales targets.
• Cultivate and expand the Aviation-based Distributor network for growth and market penetration.
• Oversee P&L management and provide strategic sales forecasting and analysis.
• Travel domestically and internationally to generate sales opportunities and represent the company at trade shows.

Requirements:

• Proven sales expertise in aerospace electronics and manufacturing.
• Proficiency in managing P&L financials, sales forecasts, and analyses.
• Experience with CRM, BOM, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and pricing/costing tools; NetSuite experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to strategically and tactically meet deadlines and objectives.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, manufacturing teams, and regulatory bodies such as the FAA.
