Come work on the Amazon Grocery Logistics DSP Delivery Strategy Team. In this role, the leader will help to scope and define areas of opportunity to optimize the delivery strategy for e-bike grocery deliveries in New York City. This role will focus on working on micromobility processes and working with stakeholders to build necessary processes and tools to optimize the customer experience for Amazon deliveries.

Key job responsibilities
- Managing and delivering results on complex projects across multiple organizations
- Helping define the roadmap for AGL Micromobility Operations in NYC
- Driving the business to perform in key customer metrics
- Work with program managers, operations teams, business leaders and executive team to communicate and impact critical business initiatives.
- Developing mechanisms and reports to provide visibility and progress on improving customer experience and cost in NYC.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional programs
