At American Dental our goal is to make each patient's dental experience comfortable and treat every patient as they are a member of our family! We are looking for a qualified full-time Front Desk receptionist to act as the first point of contact for patients in our Dental office. We currently are offering training new employees with no experience to join our team! To excel in this role, you should be self-motivated, highly organized, and a good communicator. It is important that the prospective candidate understands how to communicate with patients and multi-task answering calls. Comparable salary with room to grow! Experience in a dental or medical office is a plus but not required. American Dental/ Archer Dental Specialists is offering:

• Greet patients and guests upon arrival
• Answers phone calls and emails
• Confirm and updates patient identification, demographic and insurance information
• Schedule and confirm appointments with patients
• Present treatment plan options
• Assist in collecting payments as needed
• Track case acceptance and coordinate follow ups
• Run reports and track other key performance indicators
• Other duties as assigned

• H.S. Diploma or Equivalent
• Must be able to read and communicate over the telephone and in person.
• Strong computer skills

• Must have basic typing/data entry/PC Windows experience.
• Must possess the ability to obtain basic information; guide people and provide basic direction.
• Must be able to demonstrate critical thinking skills and handle high-pressure situations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Maintain a positive demeanor!
• Professional and courteous!
• Attention to detail.
