About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Digital Marketing Manager to drive our digital strategy across  SEO, PPC, email, and social media. This role requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will excel at using data-driven marketing strategies to optimize performance, increase customer acquisition, and grow brand awareness.

This is a Full-Time remote position.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager specifically with these requirements:

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills .
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Semrush.
  • Expertise in Shopify and Klaviyo for implementing and managing eCommerce operations and email marketing.
  • Experience creating high-quality digital experiences, including websites and landing pages (knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus).
  • Success in running promotional, loyalty, and retention programs.
  • Experience with SEO strategy, PPC campaigns, and conversion rate optimization (CRO), and A/B testing.
  • Ability to manage content calendars and social media channels.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and ERP software.
  • Experience in affiliate and influencer marketing as well as  TV and radio/ podcast advertising is a plus.

Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):

  • Developing, implementing, and managing revenue-driven digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Focusing on brand awareness, share of voice, and customer acquisition.
  • Leading affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, and sweepstakes initiatives.
  • Managing the company-wide marketing calendar and ensuring execution across teams.
  • Actively managing and posting on our social media channels.
  • Analyzing website and campaign performance to make data-driven marketing decisions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on project goals and timelines.
  • Managing relationships with external agencies and vendors to optimize marketing efforts.
