J. J. Keller is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our Customer Care team!
The purpose of this position is to proactively engage customers to service Labor Law Poster subscriptions and process Labor Law Poster orders. This role will work directly with customers, sales teams, and internal departments, with a focus on ensuring that the customer’s needs are met in a timely and quality manner.
This position has the flexibility to work 100% at home, or for local candidates the role can be worked on-site and/or hybrid.

J. J. Keller provides a competitive benefit package which includes the following (eligibility requirements apply): Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 401(k) and Profit Sharing Plan, etc. The compensation range for this role is $21.50 to $21.50 which varies depending on factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s overall experience and geographic location. Note that J. J. Keller is not currently recruiting employees to work in California.
