Position Summary :

We are seeking an Office Clerk to work in our Hattiesburg, Mississippi office to support the District Manager. This role is responsible for efficiently and accurately handling various administrative duties while maintaining a positive attitude and passion to solve the needs of clients and insurance agents.

Position Responsibilities :

• Collect and reconcile client payments.
• Answer phones and assist policyholders with a strong willingness to assist.
• Help insurance agents with various needs including licensing, underwriting notifications, and policyholder information to process new and future new business.
• Communicate with Home Office personnel regarding policy status, underwriting notifications, claims status.
• Other misc. policyholder and agent information/actions are also required.

Position Qualifications:

• 1+ years of office clerk and/or customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management and customer service skills.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
