$75,800 – $101,000

Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

The Job You Will Perform:

The Business Intelligence Analyst will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. This position involves analyzing market trends, monitoring industry performance, and providing data-driven insights.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide regular competitive and market intelligence updates and insights to commercial teams as part of monthly market view activities
• Collect, analyze, and interpret complex pulp and absorbent hygiene product datasets
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Utilize advanced data analytics tools and software to enhance data processing and analysis capabilities
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align business strategies with data insights
• Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization
• Collaborate with industry consultants to gather insights from global pulp markets, absorbent hygiene products, and macroeconomic drivers

The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business or a related field
• 3-5 years of related experience required, industry experience preferred
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
