Winter Sport Management & Business Administration Internship

Are you passionate about sports and eager to gain hands-on experience in business administration? Soccer XS is seeking a  Sport Management & Business Administration Intern to join our team and play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our programs. This internship provides a unique opportunity to learn the inner workings of sports management, administration, and business operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

About the Role:
The Sport Management & Business Administration Intern will work directly under the Operations Manager, assisting with administrative tasks, logistical planning, recruitment and the execution of Soccer XS programs. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized individual seeking real-world experience in sports management and business administration.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Operations Manager on daily business operations
• Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, recrirtment and data entry
• Visit and support ongoing programs to ensure operational needs are met
• Help prepare for upcoming events, clinics, and training sessions
• Contribute to the overall efficiency of Soccer XS programs by managing day-to-day logistics

Internship Details:

• Duration: 8 weeks
• Hours: 15 hours per week (Hybrid)
• Focus: Administration & Management
• Fall Internship: February 2nd - March 27th, 2026 
• Verified internship credits available (if applicable through your university)

Who We're Looking For:

• Actively enrolled university students pursuing a degree in  Sport Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and time management abilities
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Passionate about sports and youth development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (preferred)
