Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Wellness Trip Coordinator to design and manage personalized wellness-focused travel experiences. This position involves working directly with clients to curate retreats, spa vacations, mindfulness trips, and health-oriented getaways. The ideal candidate has a passion for wellness travel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver tailored recommendations that align with client needs.

Primary Duties:

  • Consult with clients to understand their wellness goals, preferences, and budget.
  • Research destinations, resorts, and retreat packages focused on relaxation, fitness, or holistic well-being.
  • Manage reservations for accommodations, wellness programs, spa services, and related travel needs.
  • Provide clients with accurate and timely information on trip details, including schedules, amenities, and services.
  • Maintain booking records and ensure clients receive all travel documentation in advance.
  • Stay informed about wellness travel trends, top destinations, and retreat offerings.
  • Deliver a high level of customer support before, during, and after the trip.
