We are seeking a Wealth Advisor, CFA to support a high potential niche vertical and take accountability for better financial outcomes, instead of managing wealth, to accelerate it. We strive to double net worth outcomes at retirement, and our initial work with clients indicates this goal is imminently achievable.

This is an opportunity to join the Client Advisory Team to utilize state-of-the-art technology and apply advice strategies to help clients realize their full wealth potential. We separate sales and advice roles, allowing the advisory team - including this role - to focus on exceptional client service.

This role is instrumental in ensuring clients have a positive advisory experience that exceeds their expectations and will report directly to the Chief Wealth Officer.
Wealth Advisor, CFA - K ey Responsibilities:
Build strong and impactful relationships with clients
Assess our clients' overall financial needs, develop financial plans, and implement proposed strategies across investing, tax, estate, insurance, debt/cash management, and career advisory that optimize their wealth potential
Identify tax and legal considerations related to client scenarios. Leverage internal and external partners for specialized expertise in wealth planning
Develop a thorough knowledge of the needs of our client and maintain a deep understanding of financial planning, capital markets, and the Financial Services industry
Lead ongoing client meetings to identify new ways of adding value and to communicate client progress that has been made
Respond to client service requests in a timely manner
Review activities within the job scope for sufficient controls to prevent errors, fraud, and misstatements of financial results
Comply with all regulatory requirements, including licensing and registrations
Key Requirements:
Five years or more of experience working in a fiduciary capacity as a wealth advisor
Proven ability to convey financial advice with empathy, clarity, and confidence
Passion for building a positive wealth management experience
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Financial Planning, Finance, Accounting, or Economics
CFP® certification required
Knowledge of CRM (e.g, Salesforce), MoneyGuidePro, Orion, and Fidelity WealthScape a plus
Insurance licenses (or a desire to obtain them) are a plus
Some travel will be required, planned in advance
