Roles & Responsibilities

• Check goods received against purchase orders, maintain records, and reject unsatisfactory items.
• Package and prepare products for shipment, including weighing and posting shipping charges.
• Conduct cycle counting activities and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Oversee domestic and international shipping and receiving processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to material and warehouse operations.
• Perform physical tasks such as staging, supplying, and delivering materials to production areas.
• Utilize SAP to track material transactions, conduct bin-to-bin transfers, and run material staging.
• Evaluate production schedules to determine material requirements from external vendors.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels and conduct cycle counts as needed.
• Provide support to supervisors, lead workers, and assist with training new employees.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety policies.
• Flexibility to work overtime as required.

Experience Required

• Forklift certification required.
• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations preferred.
• SAP experience is a plus.

Skills & Certifications

• Forklift operation, including high reach and stand-up forklifts.
• Attention to detail in checking and recording inventory.
• Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting issues.
• Ability to follow established procedures and safety protocols.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar warehouse management systems.

Eligibilities & qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations desirable.
• SAP experience preferred.
