Visiting Assistant Professor, Economics Position Summary: The Department of Economics is seeking applicants for a position of a Visiting Assistant Professor (two-year appointment), beginning in August 2025.
The teaching load is four classes per semester and the assignment includes teaching core courses for the Economics major, including Economic Principles, Statistics, introductory courses for non-majors such as Economics of Contemporary Issues, and upper-level economics electives in fields of interest. Successful candidates will possess an inclusive and engaged pedagogy.

Minimum Qualifications and Education: - Ph.D. at the time of appointment is preferred, but ABDs will be considered.
- Preferred: Demonstrated excellence in teaching in the liberal arts at the instructor level or above for one or more semester.
