Role: UX Researcher Location: Dallas / New York
Job Description

1. Plan, design and conduct primary research projects leveraging quantitative, qualitative and UX methods. Topics can include early-stage exploration, customer satisfaction/NPS, concept testing, product and feature prioritization, usability, and more
2. Work with product managers, UX designers, and marketing to develop research projects to drive business for existing products and identify opportunities for new product development and go-to-market strategy
3. Own site usage analytics across all platforms
4. Translate research findings into concise, actionable insights that product and design can begin working on immediately
5. Advocate for voice of the consumer in product and design planning and brainstorming sessions

Basic Qualifications

1. 5-10 years experience in a market research role (quantitative, qualitative or ideally mixed methods experience)
2. Hands-on experience conducting market research, e.g., writing and programming surveys, analyzing data, conducting focus groups/IDIs/UX research.
3. Combination of intuitive, creative, curious and analytical mindset
4. Natural ability to connect with and establish rapport with different personalities (both respondents and co-workers)
5. Proactive, team player with strong interpersonal skills and positive energy
6. Strong leadership abilities, with skill in leading through influence and positive examples as well as direct management of teams
7. Entrepreneurial and an inventive problem solver; curious and passionate about all areas of marketing, media, content, and design
8. Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment that requires exceptional attention to detail
