Join us! **EDUCATION:** + HS Diploma: High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) **CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:** + BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider **TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:** + 1 year of recent relevant experience. **SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:** + Demonstrated knowledge of basic nursing skills, various medical procedures, views, and equipment. + Ability to interpret a variety of data and instructions, furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. + Basic understanding of human anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology. + Written and verbal communications skills to communicate with fellow team members, supervisors, patients, and other personnel. + Well-developed time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize assignments and work within standardized policies and procedures to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. + Advanced knowledge of computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook), electronic health records (EHR), EPIC, and related information systems. + Work independently, as well as be part of the team, including accomplishing multiple tasks in an environment with interruptions. + Identify, evaluate and resolve standard problems by selecting appropriate solutions from established options. + Ensure the privacy of each patient's protected health information (PHI). + Build collaborate relationships with peers and other staff members to achieve departmental and corporate objectives. + Education, technical competence and patient interaction skills + Exercises sound judgment, and developed clinical and administrative skills. **Job Shift:** Evenings **Schedule:** Full Time **Shift Hours:** 12 **Days of the Week:** Variable **Weekend Requirements:** Rotating Weekends **Benefits:** Yes **Unions:** No **Position Status:** Non-Exempt **Weekly Hours:** 30 **Employee Status:** Regular Employees of Sutter Health and its entities may handle hazardous drugs in the course of their work, including patient care, which requires them to manage, store, prepare, receive, unpack, transport, dispose of, or administer drugs identified as hazardous or potentially hazardous by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) and in accordance with the USP 800 guidelines. Pay Range is $28.68 to $35.84 / hour _The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
