**Job Title: TIG Welders** **Job Description** We are seeking skilled TIG Welders to join our team in crafting aluminum structures for landing craft air cushions (LCAC). The majority of the work involves performing welding tasks overhead and requires comfort in small spaces. Initial training will be conducted at our national city shop, followed by work on LCAC at ACU 5, Camp Pendleton. **Responsibilities** + Perform TIG welding on aluminum structures. + Ensure the integrity and precision of welded components. + Work comfortably in overhead positions and confined spaces. + Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently. **Essential Skills** + 3-5 years of experience in TIG welding, specifically with aluminum. + Proficiency in welding techniques and equipment handling. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in shipyard environments is advantageous, though not mandatory. **Work Environment** The position is based in a shipyard at ACU 5, Camp Pendleton.
