Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated part-time Remote Therapist to join a dynamic team of mental health professionals, providing mental health treatment to clients in Monroe County, IL. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on individuals, children, and families facing mental health challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Clinical Supervisor and team members for administrative and program-related matters.
Conduct comprehensive IM+CANS assessments of mental health conditions, develop treatment plans, and provide therapeutic services (individual, group, family, and marital therapy) for clients of all ages.
Offer crisis intervention services as needed, as well as community education, case management, and program support.
Assist in the development and review of program policies, staff development, and provide guidance to practicum students.
Complete clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to agency standards.
Participate in peer review and program evaluations to enhance the quality of care provided.
Continuously enhance clinical skills and knowledge through ongoing education and training.
Participate in staff meetings, program planning sessions, supervision, and other relevant agency activities.
Maintain professional licensure requirements and follow ethical guidelines.

Competitive hourly wage of $22.23 to $28.44, along with a sign-on bonus of $500. Full-time bonuses include $250 after 30 days and an additional $250 after 6 months.
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
Illinois State License in Professional Counseling or Social Work.
Experience in counseling and managing an adult/child caseload, or equivalent experience in a community mental health setting.
Familiarity with providing telehealth therapy to a diverse range of clients, including adults, adolescents, and children.
Comfort working remotely with a reliable internet connection and ensuring privacy for maintaining patient confidentiality.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently or with support from the IT department.
Clear communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure effective interactions with clients and colleagues.
