Job Title: Technical Support Specialist (ATM Project Spanish-Speaking)

Location: Remote (based in Mexico preferred)

Duration: 8 months (September May 2026)

Schedule: Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM or 2 PM 10 PM

Rate: $20 - $25/hr on W2

Language Requirement: Fluent Spanish

Project Overview: As part of a remote support team for a large ATM infrastructure project, this role will focus on technical assistance, equipment tracking, and coordination to ensure ATM functionality and availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support remote inventory tracking and coordination for ATM-related hardware.
• Provide technical assistance related to telecom and network issues.
• Monitor ATM systems and respond to alerts or performance issues.
• Work closely with engineers and project coordinators to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Document support actions and maintain up-to-date records.

Required Qualifications:

• 2 4 years of experience in technical support, service desk, or similar roles.
• Familiarity with telecom/network support environments.
• Strong skills in remote troubleshooting and inventory tracking.
• Effective communicator, comfortable working in distributed teams.
• Fluency in Spanish (verbal and written) required.
