While you are being groomed for a promotion you will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating manufacturing processes within the Through Air Drying (TAD) plant. Continuously seek ways to improve yield and energy efficiency of the plant. Drawing upon your expertise, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating existing processes and facilitating system changes to reduce costs, improve sustainability and develop best practices within the production process.
Qualities such as internally motivated and results-oriented, and strong leadership capabilities are integral in this role. The successful person will be a hands-on, technically trained engineer with working knowledge paper machines, converting equipment, and most preferably, tissue / towels.
