Description We are looking for an experienced Payroll Analyst to join our team in Denver, Colorado on a contract to permanent basis. This role involves crafting accurate payroll plans and leave calculations for our clients, ensuring compliance with employer policies and deadlines. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams. Responsibilities: - Prepare customized payroll plans tailored to clients' needs and employer leave policies. - Analyze employer leave pay policies to ensure accurate application within payroll plans. - Reconcile discrepancies between payroll plans, leave benefit estimates, and actual payments. - Deliver tasks with precision and timeliness, meeting all payroll deadlines. - Maintain and update payroll calculations on the company's dashboard. - Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and communication. - Support leave specialists by providing detailed payroll calculations and insights. - Address payroll-related inquiries with clarity and professionalism. - Ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive payroll data. - Continuously refine processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Requirements - 2-5 years of experience in payroll, accounting, bookkeeping, or data-focused operations. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, functions, and formatting. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly. - High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information responsibly. - Self-motivated and adaptable, eager to learn in a dynamic environment. - Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and communication styles. - Familiarity with payroll reconciliation processes is a strong advantage.
