• The Role at a Glance:

As a Food Server, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your attentive service, menu knowledge, and friendly demeanor will contribute to creating a positive atmosphere and ensuring guest satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and answer any questions about menu items.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring correct presentation and temperature.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Suggest additional menu items or beverages to enhance the dining experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently to prepare for the next guests.
• Handle guest payments and process transactions accurately.

Must-Haves:

• Previous experience as a food server in a restaurant setting.

• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and specials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
