DESCRIPTION

Embark on an exhilarating journey as the Senior Program Manager for Delivery Service Partner (DSP) Capacity Planning, where you'll be the driving force behind transformative change and operational excellence. Are you ready to revolutionize decision-making processes and drive operational excellence in our delivery network? We're seeking a strategic and innovative Senior Program Manager to transform how we approach capacity planning and delivery performance management. In this crucial role, you'll architect standardized decision-making frameworks that span our global LATAM operations while creating adaptive systems that help our DSPs thrive in a dynamic delivery environment.

As a key strategist, you'll develop comprehensive performance measurement structures that drive accountability and reward excellence across our DSP network. Your ability to build strong partnerships will be essential as you collaborate with upstream planning teams to create proactive solutions for varying demand patterns. This role offers exciting opportunities to influence capacity planning decisions and implement systematic improvements that enhance our network's resilience and efficiency.

Your analytical mindset and strategic thinking will be instrumental in designing and implementing guardrails that help DSPs navigate demand fluctuations across different time horizons. If you're ready to take on a challenging role that combines strategic planning, performance optimization, and cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced environment, this position could be your next career-defining opportunity.

Key job responsibilities
- Partner strategically with cross-functional teams across programs and geographies to design and implement standardized decision-making frameworks for both short and mid-term time horizons.
- Develop and implement robust mechanisms and guardrails that enable DSPs to effectively respond to demand fluctuations.
- Architect comprehensive DSP performance measurement structures and establish corresponding reward and accountability systems that drive operational excellence.
- Foster and maintain strategic partnerships with upstream planning functions to develop proactive approaches to planning variations and network optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with field operations and functional leaders to influence and enhance capacity planning and management strategies across the network.
- Lead the development and implementation of systematic improvements that strengthen our network's ability to adapt to changing market conditions while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Drive data-driven decision making by creating and managing performance metrics that align with business objectives and support network growth.
