CFSA is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator/Developer Lead with 15+ years of IT experience to support the STAAND CCWIS project . The consultant will provide D365 solution administration, backend development, and pipeline deployment while leading configuration and technical design to meet complex business requirements.
Job Summary (candidate-facing)As a senior technical consultant , you will oversee backend Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including XRM Toolbox, advanced XML queries, Dataverse entities, and Power Platform tools . You will manage Azure DevOps pipelines , lead development/configuration efforts, and collaborate with Product Owners to translate business needs into scalable solutions. This role also involves CRM security, dashboards, API integrations, and platform updates, as well as advisory support for QA, reporting, and training teams.
Key Requirements:
15+ years of IT experience with at least 6 years in Dynamics 365 & Power Apps administration/development
Strong expertise in Azure DevOps, Power Automate, and deployment pipelines
Proven ability to lead technical implementations in Agile environments
Experience with Human Services/Child Welfare systems (CFSA preferred)
