Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join the Business Configuration Team at EyeMed. The analyst will play a key role in managing provider agreements, fee schedules, and network configuration data within the Facets system . This position requires strong SQL/database experience, a background in healthcare data, and the ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and execute SQL queries to extract and analyze configuration data.
• Ensure accuracy of agreement configurations affecting provider payments and member responsibility.
• Configure and validate new Network and Agreement setups in Facets.
• Conduct claims testing and data validation using SQL and Excel.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network and agreement configuration issues independently.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Provider Teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage individual workload to meet quality and turnaround time targets.
• Propose and implement process improvements and system enhancements.
• Support ongoing training, project work, and serve as a subject matter expert for configuration-related requests.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics.
• Strong SQL and relational database skills.
• Experience with healthcare data, particularly provider and network data elements.
• Familiarity with the Facets system in a managed care environment.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with core claims administration systems.
• Experience with Medicaid and/or Medicare programs and reporting.
• Understanding of claim adjudication and provider reimbursement processes.
• Knowledge of Facets modules including Claims, Provider, Network, and Product Benefit Configuration.
• Prior experience working in healthcare operations or payer organizations.
