Job Title: Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a dependable and insightful analyst who is eager to grow personally and professionally over time while driving our data strategy and supporting our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Reporting & Analysis:
  • Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and develop regular reports for various departments.
  • Maintain and enhance our company scorecard to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business health metrics.
  • Review, clean, and interpret data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
    
     
• Insight Generation:
  • Translate complex data sets into clear, compelling narratives that guide decision-making at the executive level.
  • Analyze financial, operational, and market data to provide actionable insights.
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement or revenue growth based on data trends.
    
     
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the COO and CFO to ensure alignment of data strategies with business objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between various departments to ensure data consistency and integrity across the organization.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions, contributing analytical expertise to drive the company's growth.
• Tool & Process Optimization:
  • Develop and refine dashboards and reporting tools using BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, looker etc.) to streamline data visualization.
  • Implement best practices in data management and reporting to support scalability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements in data analytics to continuously improve our systems.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering actionable insights in a business or financial services environment.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, etc.) and BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large, complex datasets.
  • Familiarity with financial data analysis and reporting.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
