We’re seeking a
Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing data team. In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the organization to turn complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. You’ll support our RCM and Clinical Operations teams by building dashboards, analyzing trends, and helping shape data-driven strategies that improve healthcare outcomes.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and support decision-making.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various sources.
- Support data governance efforts by ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including finance, operations, and product teams.
- Assist in the development of scalable data models and reporting frameworks.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of BI tools, processes, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- You must currently reside in the Seattle Metro Region and able to work hybrid on-site a minimum of three days at our Bellevue location
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or analytics engineering.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools (Power BI preferred; Tableau a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
- Healthcare data experience is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for using data to drive impact.
Compensation and Benefits: - Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $165,000 per year (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
