The Role: The RV General Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire RV sales department, including sales personnel, operations, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a dynamic and results-driven professional who can lead by example, drive sales, and maintain high standards of customer service and team performance. This RV GSM role presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead a dynamic sales team in a rapidly growing industry. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Sales Leadership:
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the RV sales team, setting sales targets and ensuring they are achieved.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
Team Management:
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales personnel to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and coaching to team members.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Inventory Management:
  • Oversee the inventory of RVs, ensuring it is well-maintained, priced competitively, and aligned with market demand.
  • Work closely with the procurement team to stock the right mix of RV models and accessories.
Customer Service:
  • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service throughout the sales process.
  • Address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Compliance and Reporting:
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Generate sales reports, forecasting, and analysis to provide insights and recommendations.
Budget Management: * Develop and manage the sales department's budget, including expenses related to personnel, marketing, and inventory.

WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in RV or automotive sales, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in sales software, CRM systems, and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of RV industry trends and products.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Effective communication skills: written and verbal
