Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect patient care in the perioperative setting for neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and older adults.
• Employ the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Coordinate patient care with the surgeon and anesthesiologist, ensuring seamless collaboration among the healthcare team.
• Direct and guide OR Technicians and other personnel while maintaining professional nursing standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide a continuum of care, ensuring a holistic approach to patient well-being.
• Work closely with co-workers to maintain efficient patient flow, uphold quality patient care, and ensure unit maintenance and organization.
• Act as a resource for other personnel, offering expertise and guidance as appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Active state RN license.
• CPR or BLS Certification.
• ACLS and PALS Certification.
• Physical and TB Test (within one year).
• Driver's License or State ID.
• At least 1 year RN Surgery experience.
