Job Description

We are seeking a professional, motivated, and detail-oriented Remote Travel Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will create memorable travel experiences for clients by helping them plan and book personalized trips from relaxing weekend getaways to extraordinary international vacations. This fully remote position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with clients across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budgets.
  • Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities to provide personalized recommendations.
  • Develop and present comprehensive travel itineraries tailored to client needs.
  • Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and rental vehicles.
  • Deliver excellent customer support before, during, and after each trip.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, travel advisories, and destination updates to ensure clients receive accurate, up-to-date information.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service mindset.
  • Outstanding organizational and research abilities.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving capability.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects independently in a remote setting.
  • Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or client service is beneficial but not required.
  • Familiarity with travel booking systems or online research tools is an advantage.
