The company is related to construction - painting, general construction, property management and real estate business in the US.
We need someone to help with administrative tasks, research, tendering, marketing, etc.Must be amenable to work during EST hours 7AM - 5PM subject to extra hours.
All tasks as assigned by Senior EA/HR prior integration with CEO. We need someone who is EXTREMELY ORGANIZED and can handle pressure.
Some of the mandatory skills listed below:-Excellent English language communication skills (spoken and written)-Spotless professional email skills-High organizational skills-Quick learner-Self starter and highly motivated-Resourceful-High initiative-Punctual-Willing to grow and learn-Microsoft Word, Excel etc.-Google Suite/Excel-Dropbox-Must be computer savvy-Tech-savvy
Some of the tasks would include:-Research-Inbox management-Coordination with team members (painting company)-Schedule meetings-Book appointments-Help with HR-Administrative tasks-Shop/Receive quotes-Market research-Client communications-Social media marketing-Search engine optimization-All tasks as assigned
