Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Remote Administrative & Clerical Assistant to provide essential support across various administrative functions. This role is perfect for someone who excels at multitasking, has excellent communication skills, and enjoys working independently from home.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and organize digital files, documents, and correspondence

Perform data entry, record keeping, and document management with accuracy

Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails professionally

Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and calendar management

Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required

Support team members with administrative tasks and project coordination

Handle incoming inquiries and provide exceptional customer service

Maintain a tidy and efficient remote workspace to foster productivity

 

Qualifications:

Prior experience in administrative, clerical, or support roles (remote experience preferred)

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home office space
