Job Description

Salary: $100,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• We require candidates to possess a Bachelor's Degree along with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in defense analysis or wargaming, including experience in supporting and conducting formal research. Candidates should have extensive expertise in Red Team operations and wargaming at both the strategic and operational levels. Prior experience with the implementation, operation, and analysis of wargames and logistical tools to assess Department of Defense (DoD) force capabilities and future initiatives is essential. Additionally, proficiency in data science, operations research, or modeling and simulation tools and techniques is expected. Candidates should be knowledgeable about military, geopolitical, and political-military landscapes and have experience in developing and delivering presentations to senior leadership.

• As a Red Team Wargaming Analyst, I will lead and support wargaming and simulation initiatives by designing, executing, and delivering analytical tasks related to wargames, simulations, and tabletop exercises. This includes shaping objectives, crafting constructs and scenarios, facilitating participant discussions, and conducting data collection and after-action reporting. I will conduct thorough defense and military analyses, performing detailed research on military operations, gaming trends, DoD strategies, and concept development. I will also forecast and assess adversarial threats, anticipating their actions and intent while evaluating potential impacts on national security. Additionally, I will develop and maintain program documentation, authoring strategy documents, presentations, after-action reviews, white papers, concept papers, and risk assessments. My role will also involve collaborating with stakeholders and Red Team entities to identify unexplored information and build strong client relationships. Lastly, I will support general research and analysis and ensure the quality and continuous improvement of wargaming exercises and deliverables while staying current with the latest techniques and tools.
