Responsibilities:

  1. Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and specific requirements for each position.

  2. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to source and attract qualified candidates.

  3. Screening and Evaluation: Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, skills evaluations, and reference checks, to ensure alignment with client needs.

  4. Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.

  5. Job Advertising: Create compelling job descriptions and advertisements to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

  6. Negotiation and Offer Management: Facilitate salary negotiations and manage the offer process, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and clients.

  7. Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture relationships with both clients and candidates, establishing yourself as a trusted recruitment partner.

  8. Market Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.

  9. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

  10. Reporting: Provide regular reporting on recruitment metrics, candidate pipelines, and placement success to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter in a staffing agency or similar environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
