You'll be responsible for driving real growth—in numbers, skill, consistency, and results. Your job? Build agents who master their craft, hit their goals, and raise the standard of real estate. You should be confident leading training sessions, setting expectations, using a CRM for follow-up, and keeping agents focused on the actions that drive their success. Responsibilities:

• Lead weekly coaching sessions and 1:1 development meetings with agents
• Set clear production goals and hold agents accountable to milestones
• Leverage CRM and database tools to manage agent follow-up and progress
• Drive adoption of company systems for marketing, lead generation, and operations
• Foster a no-drama, high-performance team culture rooted in clarity and results
• Identify and nurture potential agent recruits to support smart team growth

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in real estate team leadership and/or sales management
• Proven track record of coaching agents to consistent, measurable results
• Strong organizational skills and comfort with CRM/database management
• Familiarity with platforms like Sierra, Skyslope, KVCore, and Dotloop is a plus
• Emotionally intelligent leadership style with a focus on accountability and growth
• Social media proficiency is a bonus, but not a requirement
