Job Description

Hallmark Glass Inc. is looking for a Full-Time Project Management Assistant/ Project Coordinator that will work alongside our Project Management Team and assist in the day-to-day operations in the office and on-site. We are looking for someone who is well organized, detail-oriented, has the ability to work in a high-volume work environment, has great communication skills, ability to make new relationships and maintain them, and is willing to learn.
Responsibilities will include:
Working closely with Project Management team as well as Vendors, Estimating, and Contractors.
Assisting the Project Manager in developing, tracking, updating and reporting on the detailed project schedule for design, engineering, mockups, production, and installation activities as well as managing inventory.
Assist the Project Manager in developing, tracking, updating and reporting on the contract schedule of values and payment requisitions, ensuring the project cash flow is met and payments are received in a timely manner
Other Duties Assigned, Based On Candidate Experience And Strengths.
Ability to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion as well as be able to work independently at times.
Requirements:
Experience with AutoCAD software
High School Diploma
2 years MINIMUM Experience in Construction in Glass and Glazing Trade, Project Management, or other construction-related subject
Preferred experience in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
