It is an exciting time to be at the forefront of the streaming industry and creator economy that is fueled by creativity, innovation, and technology. My team is looking for a Program Manager to support and lead People eXperience Programs that onboard, develop, and connect Amazonians across the entertainment businesses. This role blends program management excellence with HR knowledge to drive critical work that builds our leadership benches, strengthens our culture, and retains the incredible industry talent driving our success. We are driving towards enabling an environment for our Amazon Entertainment employees where they can find personal growth and satisfaction from doing their best, most meaningful work to delight our customers – and the way we do that within our businesses may be a little different from other parts of Amazon.

• Bias for action, excellent attention to detail, and relentless commitment to follow-through.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously to drive timely results, prioritizing effectively and facilitating action across multiple groups.
• Ability to convey ideas and recommendations in a clear, compelling and succinct way in written and verbal communications.
• Earns trust and maintains key relationships with HR partners to avoid duplication of efforts and drive global engagement on key initiatives.
• Ability to analyze data and understand key people metrics that drive decisions and measure the impact of the work you do.

A day in the life
Visualize this....You head into the office and greet your colleagues who are diving into designing content, prepping for an upcoming leadership summit, brainstorming ways to partner with the business to steward culture, or preparing materials for the next People Day with senior leaders. The energy is high before the next 2 day summit that will host 100 global executives across entertainment. It's the last week of tying up details, reviewing the list of topics such as 'The Future of Entertainment' and 'GenAI Unleashed: the Intersection of Creative and Tech' and your lineup of external speakers is high bar and iconic within the film, tv, and podcast industries. There is much to do for this summit and for the People Days within the business and you know your team will deliver fast and with high excellence. You're energized by experiencing the flywheel of talent identification, placement, development, and growth. It's great to be in a COE with creative HR professionals who laugh, debate, and push hard to insist on the highest standards for the talent who are building the future of entertainment.

About the team
