Accentuate Staffing is currently seeking a Program Manager for an education consultant in Durham, NC. The Program Manager is responsible for managing and executing flawless virtual, face-to-face and blended deliveries of client programs.

Responsibilities:

• Program Execution & Logistics: Oversee end-to-end program delivery, including project planning, budgeting, invoicing, contracting, materials preparation, logistics coordination, and post-program evaluation.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, participants, vendors, and faculty, ensuring seamless communication, risk mitigation, and program success.
• Virtual & On-Site Program Support: Manage logistics for virtual and in-person events, including platform setup, content support, attendance tracking, venue coordination, and compliance with brand standards.
• Financial & Process Management: Maintain program budgets, ensure contract compliance, track expenses, and generate financial reports while identifying opportunities for program improvement and business development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of experience in a client-facing role.
• Experience in professional education, event coordination, or learning management systems.
• Proven ability to work with remote/virtual teams and manage digital learning programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Zoom, and web-based tools; graphic design experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel domestically (30-40%)
