We're currently looking for a Product Management Assistant to join our growing team. This is an entry-level opportunity—perfect for someone eager to launch their career in product management. In this role, you'll support our Product Managers with administrative tasks, data management, and new product development.
What You'll Do:
Communicate with vendors to request quotes, maintain product data integrity, and assist in product development.
Manage and update databases for over 40,000 SKUs.
Assist the sales team by preparing price quotations and ensuring profitable gross margins.
Collaborate with the marketing team to update product materials, catalogs, and website content.
Help merchandise products for showrooms, trade shows, and photography sessions.
Attend industry trade shows, sales conferences, and networking events, such as the National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago.
Research industry trends, competitor products, and materials to support new product development.
Work with third-party IT teams to troubleshoot and improve data integration processes.
Use Power BI to create sales reports and supplier review presentations.
Act as a liaison between product managers, sales teams, vendors, distributors, and customers.
Perform additional tasks as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
✅ Education: Associate's degree in business or a related field (preferred, but not required).
✅ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); Intermediate Excel skills required.
✅ Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret sales data.
✅ Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
✅ Organizational Skills: Ability to multi-task, stay detail-oriented, and work with minimal supervision.
✅ Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods while working on data entry and analysis. Some bending, kneeling, reaching, and walking may be required.
