Job Description

The Ebbert Law Firm is growing and accepting applications for attorneys with three to five years experience in litigation. Our firm specializes in legal services for small and medium-sized businesses in various areas, including labor and employment. We also provide estate planning and probate services to individuals. Responsibilities: We are looking for attorneys with strong litigation skills. The ideal candidate should excel in legal research and writing, be effective in arguing motions in court, or possess both abilities. This position can be either full-time or part-time, depending on the individual. It offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work remotely. However, candidates must reside in Tennessee, preferably in Knox County. Qualifications: Qualified candidates must be members in good standing with the TN State Bar. Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Litigation experience and excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills as well as strong academic credentials. The candidate will be responsible for drafting legal documents such as motions, briefs, and discovery requests/responses, as well as conducting interviews and deposing witnesses.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, understand their unique needs, and provide effective solutions.
  • Self-motivated and proven ability to work independently.
  • Preferred experience in probate and estate planning.
