Print Shop Production Worker | St. George, UT
Nexeo HR is hiring Print Shop Production Workers in St. George, UT to support a fast-paced print production facility. This role focuses on producing and finishing fabric graphics, signs, decals, vinyl banners, billboards, and trade show displays using a variety of production equipment.
Team members will work hands-on with laminators, cutters, CNC routers, heat presses, and hand tools while following work orders, samples, and verbal instructions.
Responsibilities
• Assist with print production including cutting, trimming, finishing, laminating, and mounting
• Operate production equipment such as laminators, cutters, heat presses, CNC routers, and hand tools
• Trim, mount, and laminate printed graphics onto various substrates with precision
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency
• Proof finished signs to verify completeness and adherence to specifications
• Prepare and package completed jobs for shipping
• Coordinate workflow with production team members to meet deadlines
• Perform basic equipment care, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Qualifications
• Previous production or print shop experience preferred, but not required — training provided
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good hand-eye coordination and comfort working with tools and machinery
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to safely lift and move 40+ lbs
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
Pay
$17 – $17.50 per hour
Schedule
Full Time | Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
