Consultants Allison Anderson and Chef Duncan Holmes help guiding the creative vision to ensure a special experience. Chef Josh Hood (formerly of Major Tom) leads the kitchen as the Chef de Cuisine - manageing all BOH operation and building a team of passionate culinary professionals.
